Maybe what you need is not coffee: you need to sleep earlier and be more productive at work. The company pays you to do 9-6. If you don't finish the work you're supposed to get done then maybe
1) Company is making you do too much work or
2) You're slacking around way too much during 9-6 (possibly cause your company is generous with taxi/food reimbursements for OT)
Maybe what you need is not a cigarette: what you need is to be more consistent with your work and not handle it all last minute and claim that you're "stressed" by it. You may also need to work on your stress management.
What you could also need is a reason to hang out with the people you like: and if the only thing the people you like have in common with you is the fag in your hand, you may want to reconsider your choice in friends.
Maybe what you need is not drugs: you need to find a way to escape from life, from emotions. But hey, emotions ain't all that bad. Feeling sad could propel you to want to change smth about your life. Instead of rolling it up and escaping from what is completely human (challenges, emotions, conflict etc), you could just grow some balls and face it like how the rest of the world does. Who knows, you may emerge a better person..
