hmmm. it's been less than 2 hour since I woke up and I had 6 servings of staple food already. no wonder the scales have been escalating. oh well, I do like this idea of tweating. maybe I should include calorie content so that I can count at the end of the day. nor?
yupz, maybe. my shoulders are aching from the hours in front of the laptop (I sit on my gym ball, so it's not the most comfortable position one can be in)
