5 more days before it all ends
and another cycle begins
(talking about both my monthly woe and the stress of papers and projects due)
Can't wait till June comes. I wish the first half could lose time to the last. Can't wait to see my ips soon.
anyway, I'm here with another diet plan that's bound to fail.
it's an easy one though:
eat healthily - no fried food/ no supper (food after 10pm) and no smoking.
for a week and we'll see if my those factors are determinants of my complexion and energy level.
I don't like it that I feel tired periodically- but maybe it's just the weather idk.
++ drink 2.4 l of water everyday and 1/2 sessions of blogilates.
okay till a week later, ta :D
